Song Story: I lift My Hands

The song "I Lift my Hands" by Chris Tomlin is one of my all time favorite worship songs. 
The release you get when worshiping God and lifing your hands to him is incredible. This is a great song of surrender and trust. Hope you enjoy the video and the song!
